Solar street lights use polycrystalline silicon solar charging batteries and durable sealed charging batteries (gel batteries) to store electromagnetic energy, with flashing LED lights as the light source. To reduce the impact of sunlight on street lights, some lights need to be adjusted before installation, especially the solar monitor. How to debug it? Here is a brief introduction.
1. Set time management and adjustment functions
According to the daily lighting duration designed in the plan, set the time control nodes as instructed by the person in charge. The duration of evening lighting should not exceed the design process value but should be equal to or less than the design cost; otherwise, it will affect the lighting fixtures and reduce their lifespan.

2. Simulate light control switch function
If the wiring is completed during the day, a vague object can be used to block the appearance of light-sensitive devices in the battery system (or clear cables from the control panel). If it can be turned on after a suitable duration, it indicates that the light control switch is functioning normally. If it cannot be turned on, it indicates that the electric switch is not functioning properly. At this point, it is necessary to recheck the control box. Remove the block from the solar battery switch (also transfer the battery line to the control panel), and the light source can automatically exit, indicating that the lawn light control is functioning normally.
After assembling the solar street light monitoring device, before installing the solar street light, conduct a simple test on the lithium battery and equipment to see if the light source can illuminate. This avoids wasting time and increasing maintenance costs if the solar light cannot operate before use. The components inside the solar light should be assembled closely and firmly to prevent failure due to wind infiltration and looseness. This ensures effective operation of the equipment.

(1) When using high-power LED solar street lights, they should be installed according to specific lighting standards of track spotlights while adjusting the position and angle of the lighting fixtures.
(2) Secondly, determine suitable installation steps for lighting fixtures. The LED solar street light manufacturer adjusts the fixed bracket and prepares a three-core cable of corresponding length based on the distance between the lamp and power supply connection.
(3) Open the lock on the front of the lamp, remove the lamp cover, and insert the wire harness through the wire hole at the back of the lamp into the lamp cavity. Connect cables according to positive and negative markings on the power socket inside the lamp.
(4) It should be noted that after connecting LED solar street lights, a wire crimping tool must be used.
(5) Insert the street light into the fixed bracket's introduction hole, choose a suitable position based on the required angle of the lamp, place it into the bracket tube, and tighten the bolts that secure it.
