1. First, check the loading and packing list, carefully check if all parts are complete, and inspect for any damage. If there is damage, the parts must be replaced immediately. This is very important; if these issues are found after installation, replacement and maintenance will become complicated. What requirements are there for producing high pole light poles?

2. The lamp pole must be hot-dip galvanized; the coating must be smooth and shiny, consistent on both sides without peeling, sagging, zinc growth or wrinkles. According to national standards, the coating thickness must be greater than 85m, and the adhesion of the zinc layer, wind resistance performance, and anti-corrosion lifespan must also meet national standards.
3. The surface of the lamp pole should be coated with a layer of full polyester plastic powder to ensure that it can withstand outdoor wind and rain; the surface should be smooth.
4. The lamp pole must also meet anti-slip and anti-theft requirements; its design should facilitate wiring connections. The lifespan of the lamp should be at least 20 years, and its manufacturing and acceptance standards must comply with national requirements.
