Working principle and performance of high pole light
High pole lightThe working principle and performance generally consist of the following parts: solar panel, battery, solar street light dedicated controller, light source, and lamp pole. During the day, the solar panel receives sunlight to generate electricity, the charging controller charges the battery, and the electrical energy is stored in the battery. At night, solar charging stops, and the charging controller turns on the light source, which will turn off after a delay of 6-10 hours. The electrical energy in the battery can support the light source to work continuously for 50 hours. Based on a daily operation of 10 hours, it can work continuously for 5 days.
I. Performance
1. Lamp pole
The lamp is made of low-carbon steel plate through cutting, bending, and automatic welding. All structural components of the lamp are treated with hot-dip galvanizing and surface anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring that all inner and outer surfaces are properly protected, extending service life and saving maintenance costs.
2. Explosion-proof electrical control system
The explosion-proof electrical control and protection devices are installed in a control box fixed at the bottom of the lamp, equipped with a lighting controller and motor controller. The dual-circuit power cable supply can achieve full-load lighting and partial lighting, with manual control, light control, and computer time control to meet different user needs.

3. Explosion-proof automatic lifting system
This system consists of an explosion-proof motor, worm gear, drum, etc. The self-locking worm drive mechanism can stop the lamp board at any position, providing overload protection and having both automatic and manual operation functions.
4. Steel cable guiding pulley system
This component consists of three sets of pulley arms arranged at a 120° angle and fixed on a supporting structure at the top of the lamp pole. Each set of pulley arms is equipped with:
A. Special bearings that are lifetime lubricated and sealed.
B. A unloading device specifically designed for automatically locking and releasing the lamp board. High pole light

D. A stop device to prevent the steel wire rope from slipping out of the guiding wheel.
5. Hook system
Through computer-aided design, a special geometric switch for the hook system has been designed. After precise calculations and practical verification, it can ensure that when the lamp board rises to a predetermined position, the hook will move relative to the unloading device under the traction of the steel wire rope, achieving locking and unloading purposes. During normal use, the steel cable is in an unloaded state, extending its service life and ensuring that the lamp board remains stable in harsh weather conditions.
