Open the box containing the solar panels, place the solar panel on the ground with cardboard underneath, align the holes of the solar support (if the holes in the solar panel are small, use a drill to enlarge them), use bolts with washers, pass through the holes, then add washers, screw on the nuts, and use a 17mm wrench to tighten all four bolts.
Use an Allen wrench to open the control box cover, screw the Allen bolts back to their original positions, just tighten them loosely. At the location where the control box is fixed, use bolts with washers, pass through the holes, then add washers, screw on the nuts, and use a 10mm fixed wrench to tighten the nuts.
Drill two holes on the company's nameplate, and on the cover of the control box, drill two corresponding holes according to the nameplate. Use two rivets with a rivet gun to secure the company's nameplate on top.
Cut two thicker wires and two thinner wires, each one meter long. Use iron wire to thread them through from above, pull all four wires from the control box to expose them at the lamp pole. Tie a knot with the four wires at the top of the lamp pole, and wrap the wires coming out of the control box around this side of the control box cover.
Use tape to secure two thicker wires at the top of the lamp pole. Loosen and remove two bolts on the lamp arm, take down the lamp arm, hook out two thinner wires, thread them through the lamp arm, screw back in the previously loosened bolts, and secure the two thinner wires with tape at the outlet of the lamp arm.
Place the lamp pole around the ground cage, use a stool to support it at the small end. Install solar panels at the top and connect solar power wires; ensure that the solar panels are oriented towards south based on installation position. Tighten the bolts on the bracket with a wrench.
Connect LED lamp heads and two wires coming from the lamp pole on the lamp arm. Secure them with plastic heads and then tie them up with nylon zip ties; three zip ties are needed. Use an Allen wrench to secure four bolts to fix the lamp head, ensuring that it is parallel to the lamp pole.
