Sign poles contribute greatly to people's lives, but they always suffer from accidents. Exposed to sunlight and rain every day, with exhaust fumes permeating the air, this can cause significant harm. However, many people overlook this and scribble on sign poles or even post small advertisements, which not only severely damages their aesthetics but also temporarily causes surface damage, leading to corrosion and shortening their lifespan.

Road traffic lights also reflect traffic equipment and are important for strengthening road traffic management, reducing traffic accidents, improving the efficiency of the road ahead, and using traffic signs to improve traffic conditions. They are applicable at intersections such as cross and T-junctions and are controlled by traffic signal control machines to guide vehicles and pedestrians to pass safely and orderly.
1) Traffic signal light series products and specification requirements: Hot-dip galvanized frame lamp pole parts must meet national standards. Integrated signal lights are not allowed to be connected with clamps or brackets to ensure aesthetics.
2) Sign poles must comply with relevant regulations. Based on the inspection report from the Traffic Safety Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center, inspection reports from the past two years that are still valid must be submitted for verification. If there is no validity period or it exceeds the recommended testing period, it will be considered an invalid test report.
3) Traffic lane signal lights are arrow-shaped lights with a diameter of 400mm; red, yellow, and green form a group; shell: pure black, aluminum die-casting.
4)Sign poleThe manufacturing enterprise should provide a national standard quality management system certification qualification certificate or a certification qualification certificate with similar standard quality assurance systems as domestic or international locations to ensure stable supply quality.
5) LED tubes must be four elements with a lifespan of no less than 50,000 hours.
6) The appearance of sign poles should be basically the same as the currently used signal lights. Appearance: The signal light shell, color film, and sealing ring should be smooth without defects such as missing materials, cracks, silver wires, obvious deformation, burrs, etc.
7) All technical indicators of sign poles (such as protection level, temperature, high and low temperature, oscillation, electrical functions, etc.) should be tested by a product quality supervision testing center at or above the provincial level and provide corresponding testing reports.
