The bottom diameter of the solar streetlight pole and the size of the bottom flange should meet the design requirements. If there are special requirements, the manufacturer should provide specific drawings of the corresponding products for the client and design consideration. 1. The steel material for the solar streetlight must meet standards.
2. The inner and outer surfaces of the solar streetlight pole should be treated with hot-dip galvanizing and other anti-corrosion processes. The galvanizing layer should not be too thick, and there should be no color difference or roughness on the surface. The above anti-corrosion treatment processes should comply with relevant national standards. During construction, relevant anti-corrosion test reports and quality inspection reports for the pole should be provided.

3. The surface of the solar streetlight pole needs to undergo colored spraying treatment, and the color should meet the owner's requirements. The spraying should use high-grade paint.
4. The solar streetlight pole should be calculated for wind load according to the wind speed specified in national standards. During construction, material specifications and load calculation documents related to the pole should be provided. For poles connected by welded steel rings, the contractor should clean and prepare the welds before welding according to regulations.
5. The handhole door of the ordinary solar streetlight pole should be aesthetically pleasing. The door should be cut using plasma cutting. The electrical door should integrate seamlessly with the pole body, and its structural strength must be good. It should have reasonable operating space, with electrical installation accessories inside the door. The gap between the door and pole should not exceed one millimeter, ensuring excellent waterproof functionality. There should be a dedicated fastening system with good anti-theft features. The electrical door should have high interchangeability.
6. The installation of the solar streetlight pole must comply with relevant national installation procedures and safety regulations. Before installation, appropriate lifting equipment should be selected based on the height, weight, and site conditions of the pole, with lifting point positions and methods for shifting and alignment submitted for approval by the supervising engineer; during installation, instruments should be used to check and align in two mutually perpendicular directions to ensure correct positioning and verticality of the pole.
7. When using bolt connections for solar streetlights, the screw rod should be perpendicular to the intersection surface, and there should be no gaps between the screw head plane and components; no more than two washers should be added at each end, and after tightening the bolt, the exposed length of the nut should not be less than two thread pitches.
8. After aligning the installation of the solar streetlight pole, the contractor should immediately backfill and compact it according to relevant regulations.
9. The installation of power discharge pipes for solar streetlights must comply with drawings and relevant standard regulations.
10. Verticality inspection of solar streetlights: After erecting the pole, use a level instrument to check its verticality against horizontal.
11. Overall appearance of the solar streetlight pole: Shape and size meet requirements; overall aesthetic appeal is good; surface is smooth and uniform; color is even.
