Lighting control has evolved from early remote control, telemetry, and remote signaling to the Internet of Things, and now to current smart lighting cloud control, with intelligence and digitization gradually becoming the main direction of lighting.

If we forget whether we turned off the lights when leaving, we can check through a mobile app and control the lights from a distance. Now, with feedback from control systems, it is possible to know which light has malfunctioned, greatly saving manpower and improving maintenance management efficiency.

This lighting system has different modes: regular mode, holiday mode, and major holiday mode. The regular mode remains static, while during holidays and major holidays, the LED lighting devices on building facades present different scenes under intelligent control systems, such as waterfalls showcasing local natural scenery or sunsets reflecting local culture.
More and more cities and tourist attractions are realizing the importance of nighttime urban illumination projects and are requiring corresponding lighting designs that incorporate smart lighting while reflecting their city's culture. Therefore, smart lighting provides broader space for lighting design.
However, a successful illumination design must be based on practical implementation to ensure that the proposed fixture parameters meet the brightness standards set during design; additionally, it should align with the owner's investment needs while conforming to the nature of the building. Otherwise, even the best lighting design may deviate from its intended direction.
