With the use of solar street light technology, solar street lights have appeared in the market. However, in the actual research and application of LED street lights, the inherent defects of solar LED street lights cannot be avoided and are difficult to overcome:
First and foremost, in the system where solar street lights are marketed primarily on the basis of "energy saving and environmental protection," there is a significant issue of resource allocation waste. Because street light products have mandatory standard requirements, including the "power failure rate" indicator, they cannot simply stop working during rainy days like landscape lighting products. As a result, from a technical design perspective, energy collection and storage must be based on the least ideal climatic conditions (short sunlight hours in certain seasons, continuous rainy days, etc.). Consequently, under most usage conditions, a large portion of energy allocation (solar batteries) and storage devices are left idle, which not only leads to high system costs but also contradicts the themes of energy saving and comprehensive utilization that the system is supposed to represent.
In addition, some seemingly simple technical issues require relatively high cost investments to resolve in practical applications, including: First, the issue of centralized management. Without using electrical wiring, it is difficult to achieve centralized management and remote monitoring that are important for street lights. However, if electrical wiring is added, it not only increases costs but also diminishes the significance of the product's "selling point"; Second, the lifespan of solar street light batteries, storage batteries, and other control components is often lower than that of LEDs. This brings about many issues that need to be resolved to achieve a long lifespan for the entire system and also results in relatively high maintenance costs; Third, because the system uses DC storage batteries, it is very easy to be stolen, so anti-theft is also a major issue for the system. Additionally, there are general issues related to the weight of solar panels installed at higher heights that increase the wind resistance requirements for pole design, which also raises costs. All these problems are fundamentally unsolvable by solar LED lighting systems.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The solar street light system can ensure normal operation for more than 15 days in rainy weather! Its system consists of several parts: LED light source (including driver), solar panel, storage battery (including battery insulation box), solar street light controller, lamp pole (including foundation), and auxiliary wiring materials.
Solar battery components generally use monocrystalline or polycrystalline solar battery components; LED lamp heads generally use high-power LED light sources; controllers are usually placed inside the lamp pole and have functions such as light control, time control, overcharge and over-discharge protection as well as reverse connection protection. The controller also has seasonal adjustment for lighting time functions, half-power functions, intelligent charging and discharging functions; storage batteries are generally placed underground or may have dedicated insulation boxes. Valve-regulated lead-acid batteries, gel batteries, iron-aluminum batteries or lithium batteries can be used. Solar lamps operate fully automatically without needing trenching for wiring; however, lamp poles need to be installed on embedded parts (concrete bases).
