(1) Material: The material of the monitoring pole is made of international standard low silicon low carbon high strength Q235 steel, with a wall thickness greater than 4mm and a base flange thickness greater than 14mm.
(2) Design: The structure and foundation size calculations of the monitoring pole are based on the appearance shape determined by the customer and the manufacturer's construction parameters, designed to withstand seismic level 5 and wind force level 8.
(3) Welding process: Electric welding should be used, with no leaks in any part of the pole body; the weld seams should be smooth without any welding defects.
(4) Spraying process: After galvanizing, passivation treatment is applied; the spray coating has good adhesion with a thickness of ≥80μm. The spray coating uses imported high-quality plastic powder and meets ASTM D3359-83 standards.
(5) Visual appearance of the pole body: The shape and size meet user requirements; the design is smooth and harmonious, aesthetically pleasing with uniform color, and the diameter of the steel pipe is chosen reasonably.
