Henan LED street lights, Zhengzhou sign poles, Zhengzhou solar street lights, octagonal poles

There are certain differences in surveillance cameras made of different materials.

There are generally two types of materials for monitoring poles: one is the traditional steel pipe material monitoring pole, and the other is the more expensive stainless steel monitoring pole. Both types of monitoring poles can last for over 20 years, but they also have certain differences. The common points between stainless steel monitoring poles and iron monitoring poles are: both are designed to match camera mounting brackets, both have strong wind and earthquake resistance, both are produced according to anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities, and both are designed with aesthetic and practical features in mind. However, their differences lie in:

There are generally two types of materials for monitoring poles: one is the traditional steel pipe material monitoring pole, and the other is the more expensive stainless steel monitoring pole. Both types of monitoring poles can last for over 20 years, but they also have certain differences. The similarities between stainless steel monitoring poles and iron monitoring poles are: both are designed to match camera mounting brackets, both have strong wind and shock resistance, both are produced according to anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities, and both are designed with aesthetic and practical features in mind. However, their differences lie in:

The standards for stainless steel monitoring poles and iron monitoring poles vary somewhat; the standards for stainless steel are generally smaller, typically using pipes of 90mm, 115mm, etc. If an octagonal shape is needed, it may only be possible with iron material. Therefore, the market for iron material monitoring poles is relatively sensitive and variable.

The biggest difference lies in the price of the materials; the price of stainless steel is several times that of iron, especially for 304 stainless steel, which is the most expensive. If investing in stainless steel monitoring poles, the cost will be several times that of iron monitoring poles.

In terms of hardness, stainless steel monitoring poles are not as strong as iron monitoring poles. Stainless steel has lower hardness and insufficient wind and impact resistance; therefore, stainless steel monitoring poles are generally used in community security monitoring, while urban road monitoring projects typically do not choose to use stainless steel monitoring poles!

Stainless steel does not require galvanizing or plastic spraying for anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment; stainless steel monitoring poles themselves have strong anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities, and the process is much simpler than that of iron materials. However, because of the inherent anti-corrosion and anti-rust characteristics of stainless steel, its market price is relatively high.
