6. The lamp post undergoes internal and external hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection; zinc layer thickness exceeds 85UM; meets ZBJ3601-89 standards; corrosion life exceeds 30 years; no rust for up to 15 years.
7. The lamp surface is treated with spray coating using a one-time spray production line that is 60 meters long; color specified by the customer; uses outdoor polyester powder; plastic layer thickness exceeds 85UM; ensures curing time; plastic layer is uniform with high adhesion; UV-resistant lighting that does not peel off for up to ten years.
